ABC SUPPLY MART Shipping Policy

ABC Supply Mart understand that when you buy our products you want them now therefore we are committed to immediate delivery. All ground delivery orders placed before 12:00 p.m. EST will usually be shipped the same day any ordesr placed on weekends or holidays will usually ship the next business day, to ensure prompt delivery please provide a physical shipping address.

ABC Supply Mart offers ground shipping, second day or overnight delivery in the United States. Total shipping charges are calculated and based on the shipping method and total weight and value of the items in your order, in the US only all orders over $100.00 will ship free of charge. To calculate shipping on orders under $100.00 add items to cart and enter your zip code for shipping to be calculated. For international shipping please contact us at

ABC Biz Supply ships your products from the nearest warehouse to the “ship to” destination, or whichever closest warehouse that has the products in stock to the ship to address, all shipments are subject to stock availability.

If ordering more than one type of product (i.e., an OEM cartridge and a remanufactured cartridge), your shipment may originate from more than one location and deliveries may arrive and be packaged separately.

All packages require a signature and is the customer’s responsibility to make arrangements to accept delivery.

Orders shipped to an address other than the billing address of credit card statement can delay processing of your order up to 24 hours and may require additional information before shipping.
ABC Biz Supply retains the right to charge additional fees for special orders and pallet orders. We will contact the customer prior to shipment if such fees apply. ABC Supply Mart reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees to Hawaii, Alaska, all U.S. territories and all Express orders, depending on their dimension and weight. ABC Supply Mart will contact customers prior to adding additional fees, unless clearly authorized to do so by the customer.

For your convenience, we are able to provide tracking numbers to allow you to track your orders.

Click on the order status button on the front page. Simply input your email address and password, and the status of your order will be displayed, If your order was shipped with a carrier that provides tracking numbers (i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc.) we will display the tracking number, Copy the tracking # then click on the link of the carrier it was shipped with, on the carriers site you will paste your tracking # and you will be given up-to-date information of your order.
